Milestone Electric would like to share ‘Home Safety Tip No. 106’
Never bend or break off the ground on the end of an appliance or device plug. These are required on all non-double insulated appliances. Without this ground present, if you come into contact with an electrical current you become the ground. The result is electrical shock.
Remember, never to break or bend these grounds. It compromises the integrity of the device and possibly voids the warranty. You may someday suffer electrocution from the device.
