We would like to share an important message about the safety of electrical cords and how it relates to home electrical fire prevention. The United States Fire Administration (USFA) estimates home electrical problems account for over 28,000 fires a year. The majority of these fires are caused by wiring or a plug. It is very important to never bend or break the ground on an electrical plug.
