Recently Milestone Electric posted an important home safety message, ’ Home Safety Tip No. 277.’ We would like to provide more information on that topic.
All of us own home appliances, electronics, computers and similar items that we want to keep protected to prolong their lives. As posted earlier, whole-home surge protectors are the best way to do this.
The image posted here was taken by one of our electricians, and is hosted on our Flickr site. As you can see, the lightning strike caused significant damage. Hopefully our customer had a whole-home surge protector installed to eliminate further damage to their belongings.
